Join our dynamic team as a Full-Cycle Sales Representative specializing in Real Estate Investment Financing. In this role, you'll drive business growth by managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, focusing primarily on our innovative real estate financing solutions and our proprietary Lender Compliance Program (LCP).

Primary Focus: Real Estate Investment Financing

Key Responsibilities

Helping Small Businesses to Succeed

As a Full-Cycle Sales Representative for Real Estate Investment Financing, you will:

1. Master our real estate financing products and proprietary Lender Compliance Program (LCP), becoming an expert in communicating their benefits to potential clients

2. Build a book of business from scratch, developing and implementing strategies to identify and engage new prospects in the US market

3. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' real estate investment goals and financial requirements

4. Present tailored financing solutions and clearly explain our LCP offerings to prospects, addressing their specific needs and concerns

5. Navigate complex sales cycles, addressing objections and negotiating terms for real estate investment deals

6. Stay updated on US real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations

7. Identify cross-selling opportunities for our additional products and services, including business financing, software solutions, and marketing services

8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression and client onboarding

9. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and generate regular performance reports

10. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for real estate financing products and LCP

11. Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain long-term client relationships

12. Adapt sales techniques to effectively communicate with US-based clients while working remotely from the Philippines

Qualifications

Required:

1. Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Proven ability to build a client base or book of business from scratch in a B2B sales environment

3. Experience in remote sales or customer service roles, preferably with US-based clients

4. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

5. Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities

6. Proactive mindset - ability to take initiative without constant supervision

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

8. Comfortable working with US-based clients across different time zones

9. Strong research skills and ability to quickly learn and apply new information

10. Ability to handle stress and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
